Partial Text Inspection

TVT can automatically exclude non-relevant parts from the comparison (i.e., page numbers, printer’s information, technical specifications, QRD templates). The user is also able to perform this task manually and include or exclude specific sections in the inspection.

Multiple Documents

TVT can perform a many-to-one comparison. This feature is very useful for leaflets or manuals that contain text in multiple languages.

Languages

TVT supports all languages that use Unicode standard fonts. This includes right-to-left languages and Braille.

Automatic Annotations

Users can automatically accept or reject and comment on all deviations. On the next revision you can compare your previous comments to the new content and ensure all changes have been correctly implemented.

Reports

All actions and review performed by users are documented in a report. This report can be saved as a PDF, XML or HTML file and provides a fully compliant audit trail. The report can be easily printed or stored electronically.
